Free shipping
Every Purrlette order ships free.
Where we ship
- Canada – all products
- United States – most products (a few items, like our cat-ear cave bed, are currently available in Canada only)
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive in 7–15 business days after shipping. Our products ship from our partner warehouses, so delivery can take a little longer during busy seasons like the holidays.
Multiple items
If you order more than one product, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Duties and taxes
Prices shown at checkout are what you pay. If any import duties are charged on delivery, please contact us and we'll help.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at hello.purrlette@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — we can update it before your order ships.
